William Bridges wrote, “ Every change begins with an ending” and I believe that every leadership team that is guiding their organization through multiple changes in vision, structure or processes, needs to support the transition of their people from the old way of being, to the new organizational reality.
I help you do this, by understanding the transformation you want to achieve and then create a people strategy to do so, in partnership with you. A people strategy may be multi faceted. It could involve large-scale summits of your talented people to inspire and involve them in planning the changes. Or, it may involve a range or workshops, leadership coaching or creating a strategic communication strategy.
