Leadership Development

In addition to the Leaders in Action program, I provide leadership development consultation and workshops to organizational leaders, who want to be strategic in developing their talent to be ready for the future. My strategy is to help you build the leadership capacity you want.

One to one coaching

I work one on one with all levels of leadership to assist you be the best you can be. My approach is to understand the bigger picture of your organization’s direction and how you want to contribute to that direction. These coaching sessions will guide you to make the decisions you need to develop a successful leadership development strategy e.g. you may decide that a team development day or strategic planning session will support your success, or you may want to explore other organizational development strategies.

Out Front and In Touch, a Leaders Change Toolkit

Leading others through change is one of the core competencies of every leader today. This one-day workshop provides leaders with tools to personally manage change while guiding others to achieve business goals during turbulent times.
By the end of this half-day workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Develop an action plan to manage ongoing change and transition

In a constantly changing work environment, leaders and facilitators are increasingly expected to use a diverse range of skills to captivate participants in meetings, whether on line or face to face, where engagement and accountability are achieved.
By the end of this half-day workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Describe a variety of facilitation techniques to engage participants and assist them assume accountability for their learning/actions
  • Demonstrate facilitator strategies to deal with challenging behaviors in meetings/sessions for both the individual and the groups
